Alvin Smith Gravesite Church History Trip

This location is the burial site, complete with original headstone, of the prophet Joseph Smith Junior's oldest brother, Alvin Smith, who died unexpectedly in November of 1823. Alvin is reported to have been profoundly supportive of the prophet's early labors.
