In a nation that's divided
Its morality scattered near and far
What one believes is bad, another believes is good.
Will we stand till the end of time?
Or fall in pride
As the Romans, Egyptians, the scholars of their time?
Is it dawn or is it dusk, for this very day and age?
Shall we spread as a wild fire
Or burn out as a single flame in rain?
Shall we forever live
When the strong gain power, and the weak are crushed?
Is our legacy ending, or has it only just begun?

Fear not dear saints, dear servants of God!
Though man will fall, God will stand
He will win over sin, He will win over time
God is forever, never ending, never changing.
God is truly a God of Love
For He so loveth the world
He Gave His only Begotten Son.
God gave us all things good, we didn't earn that which He gave
We don't at all deserve, His truly awesome grace
So as long as we live our own legacy for God
So what if man's vain legacy falls?
Why ask if our legacy is beginning or ending?
For God will never fall!
